Mistreated by Vaccine administrator

Hi,

The treatment I got from a vaccine administrator at Mall@r55 is a Dischem was sickening. I made a booking for vaccination and got a vaccine code which I showed her at the door. She advised me there is only 1 nurse so I need to go to another center which is 30 min away. I took half a day and I need this done today, I told her. I stay across the street from dischem why would I go so far? I then called vaccination hotline to confirm my appointment. Consultant checked and confirmed my schedule. She requested to speak to this administrator she rudely refused. She told me to go down the stairs I'll find a site manager there. I calm my self even though it didn't make sense why would management be at the ba*****t. I went there. There was nothing but security guy. He told me to go back inside and asked there(i did). She just looked as I go inside. My appointment was confirmed and I got to take my vaccine. I am so upset because she made me do all that while she was able to assist me but refused. I really demand an apology from her because her being rude to me didn't make sense as I didn't even once raise my voice.
