MISSING POINTS. NO RESPONSE.

I have contacted dischem for over a month now regarding my missing points. to begin with their points are already not that great then although its not much, it goes missing when I'm trying to purchase and nobody can assist me to get it back. WHAT WORSE IS THEY IGNORE ALL MY EMAILS. I have purchased so much from them and actually reconsidering being a customer as their customer service is really just a mess.
