The Dis-Chem Newcastle corner trolley hited my car twice same day and damaged my car. I went to the store to ask WHOSE SUPPOSED TO FETCH THE TROLLEY AFTER THE CUSTOMER'S USED IT. 1stly I've asked the security (Hlengiwe from Ithemba security ) she said she's not sure because she's hired by iThemba. She sent me to the one who's working at store (Nelly, n the front desk )I've ask Nelly same question, Nelly said" Sry cc, let me call the manager . Manager(David Mgenge) arrived , I've greated him nd asked him same question . He said" And Who are you" ? "Why am i supposed to explain my self to you", (shouting ), I said i feel like u not hearing what am i saying to you Sir, same time he answered me " i hd you, again why must I explain my self to you " . I told him that the trolley damage my car, he just went outside and fetch the trolley . After he just cm outside and He said next time , don't call me for this , tell one of people here to fetch it , im busy on the phone with important clients. He did not even check if it damage or what .

I've call to complain to their head office, they did listen my complaint and the other guy called me today (22/1124) (i think he is the regional manager ). He said "he apologised n be half of David Mgenge and he will tell him to call me and apologize. He continues to inform me that unfortunately They will not fix my car.

What that? Really ? I have the 2 videos from the centre showing the trolleys hitting my car and phones where it damage.
