Misrepresentation

Dear Sir

I went to Dischem today and I told them that my saving is finished and I want to use my Extended benefits. They did not tell me that they are part of the network. The same nurse that treated me at other Dischem opposite to the current one never told that this one is not part of the network and she even not told that the decline is due to them not being part of the network. She told me that she put a claim and it is rejected I must pay. I say proceed because I know it can’t fail.
