Misled into joining the health insurance

On the 22nd if not 23rd February 2024, I contacted Dis-Chem health to inquire and hopefully join the health insurance. Fine, I spoke to the agent on the phone and I told her I’d like to join the health policy BUT I have a condition called endometriosis and it’s a chronic so I take Visanne and Yaz Plus for the condition and she said the insurance covers it. Only to realise that the health insurance does not cover endometriosis nor the treatment after I had clearly stated that the ONLY and most important reason why I’m joining the insurance was for that. I further sent called and I was told to send an email to *** on the 7th May 2024 requesting all audio recordings made between me and the agent, til date I have not received any response to that email. I then visited Dis-chem and they called the inquiry line and I spoke to another agent who also assisted me in sending the same email to escalations on the 8th March and still no response. All I need is the recordings so I can take further measures
