Misleading product

<p> </p> <p>My fiance has purchased the HairGo microwavable wax from Dischem(Please see attached images) last week, She followed all instructions on the box and after 5 seconds of being microwaved, the product blew the microwave up!!! There is one warning that says you should monitor every 30sec but we kept an eye on it and within 5 mins the microwave started sparking!!! This is misleading and caused a huge inconvenience to us as the product boasts to be microwavable. We are without a microwave and this means we have to purchase a new one. I need someone to contact me urgently to address this matter or I will be taking this matter further to the necessary authorities. People please do not be fooled with this product from dischem!!!</p>
