Misleading Information at Dischem

On 29 October 2019, I went to Dischem Park station bout a few items, I needed and one of those being a Mont Blanc EDP 30ml which costs R790-00 instead of the 100ml which the sales consultant informed it worth R1 500. So two days later I decide to go exchange it for the 100ml.. because it makes sense to buy 100ml it will last longer. I get to the store I get assistance from the service desk lady who informed me that the 100ml Mont Blanc Explorer is R1 230 instead. So I proceed to do the exchange. The cosmetic manager accuses me of tempering with the packaging so there I refer her back to Dischem t&cs at the back of the slip. Which stipulates clearly that if packaging is tempered with a fee will be charged. And I was ok with that. So said the is no such and she can’t assist and I request for the manager who says the same.. so I’m ****ed because your terms and condition on the back of your till slip is very misleading and. I’m quite upset that I couldn’t do my exchange from the 30ml to 100ml.. and I’m escalating this matter.. in regard to Customer Protection Act.. you can not mislead your consumers
