misleading information

<p>I was called a few days after my birthday by a lady named Lizle, she claimed to be a mobile beauty regional manager for Pretoria, she asked what treatments have I not had in a while and I told her a manicure and pedicurem she said 'Dis-chem will take care of that, come to Carlswald dis-chem and we'll see to those treatments' when I went through on Friday that lady told me it is only R100 and I would need to pay the balance of R500 or so for the rest and I was absolutely furious because firstly she isn't a manager and secondly she gave me such a twisted version of what she should've. I don't go to dis-chem for treatments so I cancelled with another place that I usually go to for this. I was embarrassed because she lead me to think that I had 2 free treatments when it wasn't even close like it was so far from the truth that you can't even assume that perhaps I misinterpreted. Absolutely furious!!!!!!!!</p>
