Misleading and understocked

When they advertise the app they tell you they deliver in one hour (which is what you expect, in particular for meds) but actually when it comes to place the order you find out that the delivery time is actually of 4 days. And if you opt for collection, half of the products are unavailable in the same branch. I am talking about basic, OTC flu medication.
