Misleading advert

Good Morning,

I bought tea at Somerset Mall on Saturday 7August. There is a promotion”buy any Carmien tea” and get 1 free. I spoke to Daniel du Toit and he told me that it was only applicable for the 20 bag Carmien boxes, but on the shelf it state Any Carmien tea, he then told me that the promotion flyer was put on the shelf of Carmien tea of 20 boxes

Well coming to the point , i did not get my free tea, im not angry about the tea but its false advertising and im not going to leave it there. No where on the flyer it tells you it excludes the bigger tea boxes. (See attached).

The Consumer Protection Act clearly states suppliers may not mislead consumers. The Act also bars suppliers from making false claims about a product.
