Miserable and in pain elderly customer

Dear Dischem - especially Struben's Valley. I would like to know why there are TWO terminals at the Pick Up / Collect counter. I am almost 70 years old with a severe back problem. I email my requirements every month so that I don't have to sit or stand in the queue, but so that I can quickly collect my medication. For both January and February this year, I have had to STAND in the queue at the Collect counter for LONGER THAN HALF AN HOUR!!!!! Why? Because there was only 1 poor lady working at the counter. At the second terminal on this counter, the Dispensary Manager and another Dischem person were having a LOOOOOOONG conversation with a Customer. This was exactly the same thing last time. SURELY Customer queries can be resolved elsewhere or did I not see thee sign at the Collect Counter that says "INFORMATION / CUSTOMER QUERIES. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you either provide seating for elderly customers at the Collect Counter, or can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE attend to Customer queries in another place - the store is big enough. My conclusion is that Dischem Struben's Valley does not care about it's Customers - especially the elderly.
