Mis informed

<p>I'm very disappointed in Dis-chem.I'm not usually someone to complain but this really made me angry. I had a baby on the 11th of October and a few months before I had my baby I registered for the Dis-chem pregnant mom's card where I was told that if I spent about R600 on the card I will get a baby bag so I filled in a form and used my card when I could..I even went in a several times to find out how much I've spent. .Yesterday I went back knowing that just a week or so back I've spent more then a R1000 on the card excluding the little bit I've spent through out the time and when spending the R1000 I asked them because my baby is born will I still get my baby bag and I was told yes,and then I'm told I was never registered? ?How does this work even though I clearly asked to get a card for that and someone explained everything? ?I went a few times to find out how much I've spent and still nobody said anything???Then they said to me I have to spent atleast another R 300 before the 1st of November otherwise I must spent R650 ??Is this a money making scheme? ?The part that bothers me the most is that when she checked on the card she said there was only R300 on the card but I've still got the slip with the R1000 spent with me and the card number on the slip matches my card??Very disappointed </p>
