Minoxidil 2% -The bottle was half full

Hi, I recently purchased Minoxidil 2% from Dis-Chem at Modderfontein/Flamingo Shopping Centre-28/02/2025. To my surprise, the bottle was only half full. I intended to return it, but unfortunately, I’m not feeling well. This is my first time buying it, so I’m unsure if this is normal. If it is, why is the full price charged for a half-full bottle? I’m quite confused and disappointed. Looking forward to your response.
