Medicine not ready after confirmation was given on Wha3

I have been trying 2 days for my medicine to be packed at Dischem Wonderboom Junction, finally got confirmation it is packed Yesterday 17.30 and when I went to collect it Today 10.30, the Pharmacist with a huge attitude problem tells me that the Script was loaded but not ready for collection. I said it was unacceptable as I received confirmation on the Whatsapp group that it will be ready and asked to speak to a Manager. She then came will my pills telling me it was at the back She has a terrible attitude and no respect for clients. I waired to be assisted by the 2 Cashiers only interested in chatting with one another and will not call a client. Please employ better staff members without attitude problems
