Medication *******

<p>I have been getting medication from Dis-Chem on a repeat script since April 2016 and have paid in total R97.23 for the script. Yesterday I went to fill the script again and when I got to pay the total amount was R187.37. I queried it with the cashier asking to check that I had not been charged double. No, that was the cost. I was a bit taken aback that medication can increase so drastically from one month to the next. I inturn contacted various pharmacies in the area and Clicks to check pricing and they were more or less in the amount I had previously paid for the medication and they were not aware of any price increases. I went back to Dis-Chem this morning and they were not able to explain the increase, other than that they would get back to me. </p>
