Medication Not Delivered.

I placed an order for prescription medication to be delivered to me. The order was placed on Friday 22/07/22 and delivery was supposed to be on Monday 25/07/22 but I still haven't received it. I am being sent from one department to the other. Its COB on the 27th and I still haven't gotten the medication.
