Medical aids Don't pay for covid test at Dischem

Dischem test centres do not inform you of covid tests not covered by medical aids. I went for a test, now my medical aid refuse to pay me back because Dischem do not want to use the correct tariff codes. Please make sure before going to Dischem for covid testing. They take your money knowing the medical aids are not going to pay you back. This is the email they send to me: " Please note that we have tried our utmost best to provide you with an invoice you can use to claim from your medical aid.

Kindly keep the following in mind: Dis-Chem cannot change or add any other codes on the Invoice we provide on request.

ICD10 U07.1 U07.2 codes are correct for negative and positive results and the Tariff code 9995 are linked to the Nappi code for Clinic Services by Pharmacies via Clinic Sisters.
