Medic Chair with Rusty *****s

My brother in law was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. I arranged with my niece to get a bath/shower medic chair to provide some sense of comfort from Dischem Pavilion.<br> <br> Disappointed that as she was assembling the chair, the *****s and bolts were rusted. She returned the chair and the explanation given was that the stock arrives from their Head Office in Johannesburg. <br> <br> Surely there should have been a quality control check done before it went onto the shelf.<br> <br> The family has already a lot to deal with and this situation did not help.<br>
