May my query be answered please?

I went to Dischem for a family members chronic medication. At the Clearwater branch I was informed that they didn't have stock of those meds last week. The same day at Princess Crossing branch a very helpful staff member assisted me and we found a supply of the medicines at a branch too far away from me. Transport is an issue. I asked via whatsapp and on the website when stock will be available and no answer to date. Can I please have an answer to my query?
