Maternity bag grew legs

Hi there

I had a bad experience with Dischem Jabulani on Friday the 17th October I recieved a call from the shop that my maternity bag is ready for collection cool I agreed that I will show up to the store to pick up the bag, Saturday the 18th October I received an email with the same comm' ,cool Monday the 20th I decided to show up to the store to collect the bag ,mhmm when I got there the bag is not "they finished" so she says .I ask the guy from customer service to to call the lady who called me, I think that guy used to intercom twice to call a person who was on floor to report to customer service, mind you I am highly pregnant I had to stand there for the longest time waiting for someone -her excuse really ****ed me off -"bags are finished because of the new cards" in my mind am asking myself as to why she called and emailed me if bags aren't there? Part of me feels like these bags they take them for their personal use honestly because it feels like its a fist come first serve to make matters worse about what I experienced yesterday is that I am such a huge fan of this store like make no mistake each month I would spend R2K or more on toiletries and this is the thanks I get
