Marina the manager leads by example

good day, so often we are quick to complain when we receive bad service but I must commend Marina from Dis-chem at the Galleria mall. I needed a pair of orthofit stockings for my mum and I called Marina at the branch and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. they did not have the colour I wanted and she took my details down and said she will try and locate it from another branch. Marina called me numerous times keeping me informed on all her tracking. Although I did not get the desired colour she found the size for me in another colour. Today it is very difficult to get courteousy calls from companies let alone any feedback when you need it so I was very impressed with her. Thank you Marina, your time and effort was heart-warming and I will definitely know where to get my products in future with this high standard of service, much appreciated
