Maponya Mall Dischem Self Medication Counter

On the 8th of Sep 19 Sunday , went to Maponya Mall Dischem to buy medication for my child's flu, my iron supplements and Ecotrin.I made a pure mistake of asking the dispatcher to give me chronic medication over-the counter without a prescription. The name of the dispatcher is Ms Kekana. She gave me a lecture which i was not there for.I rep**** to her that its okay i will go to my regular pharmacy where i have 6months prescription uploaded.I could tell that her blood is boiling after I said that. I asked her to help me with medication for my child who has has flu.I ordered Painamol which she was quick to tell me its unavailable and i said panado. She just looked at me, i ordered Brookense and Prospan as she was finished with impatience. She brought 200ml of Prospan and i asked her if they dont have a smaller one.Wow! the professional dispatcher told me go to the isle and look for it.I then i asked her to leave it as i will go ahead to pay for it and she saw i was with two small children, pregnant with a shopping bag.I was upset at that stage with her attitude. What made me upset is that she didn't even ask me symptoms or type of flu, what age, whose account from the medical aid we taking funds from.she went on to bill my plan instead of the child's.I mean, I work on a serious budget when it comes to medical aid because of my condition ,every cent with regular check ups and chronic meds counts.then she went back to give a lecture about dangers of Ferrimed and blood thinners in my condition.I just rep**** her that i live on chronic meds pregnant or not for many years and not to go back to the topic as I made a mistake of asking for them without prescription. Why would an adult with small children overdose themselves on supplements..Please educate your pharmacists that they are not our Drs or Grade 1 teachers or parents.A customer can make a mistake we live in a busy world and we have a lot in our minds considering also the periods we spent in ques.I promised myself I will never use any Dischem based in a township as the service is poor and the level of professionalism is zero.I will never forget her body language, facial expressions and 2nd lecture which was not necessary.
