Managerial capacity lacking, areogance

I bought a bottle of 1 kg honey. The cap has to be flipped to open and pressed to be closed. I then placed the honey in the bag where I lost half the bottle in spillage. I checked the cause and realised that no matter how you press the cap it doesn't hold. I called Dischem Richard's Bay where I bought it, spoke to the manager called Mlondi, I have never experiences such arrogance from a man in that position where he concluded by saying can't help me even after I offered to take the bottle to the store and he can check the challenge of the cap, he then told me I can wherever I want he won't help. He spoke like the owner of the shop. Arrogance at its best.
