Good morning. I have three kids and have attached every baby expo since I had my first child 7 years ago. I was very excited when the expo returned this year as I have a 3 month old, and I attended. I was so disappointed by the after service that I will never return. Nappies are purchased in bulk at the expo. Because we are promised that we will have the opportunity to exchange the nappies, at no additional cost. I have been able to this with nappies bought at previous expos. Lo and behold this year , I am told I have to pay R120 extra per bale to exchange size?? What was the point of purchasing these nappies in bulk at the expo? I could have just bought a pack and then purchased in store. Also why is this not communicated to us when purchasing the nappies at the expo? A complete waste of my money and time
