Malpractice of Pharmacy at Dis-chem Whale Coast Mall

Its Dis-chem's Whale Coast Mall's policy to dump your highly private medication with anyone in a large building or at reception, with your full script of what medications you are on stapled to the outside for everyone to see and enjoy.

This is ******** negligence and an infringement of your patient rights and rights to respect, privacy, and confidentiality.

I am awaiting the manager's return on Monday to find out who the pharmacist is who sends out packages in such a manner. Any graduate, even from a third world university, should know about patient confidentiality. I will be reporting this infringement to the Board and the authorities.

I would like the CEO to reply if this happens nationally or just locally and how they plan to remedy this malpractice.
