Malpractice

This is totally unacceptable and malpractice at work they came to educate us about HPV and offering the vaccine and saying it's free now I get my GEMS statement saying administration fee of R54 and R1154.49 for the vaccine and we were told it's free . I want my money back in my account and explain as to what is all this. I am not going to take the next ones because I am against all this false advertising
