Mall of Africa Dischem Pharmacist not helpful

The pharmacist at Dischem Mall of Africa, self medication counter, isn't friendly or useful when you enquire about something. She doesn't answer to questions that you ask. Yoh literally have to ask 3 times to show intent, a total waste of my time and energy. She also doesn't give you costs. She basically just captures and doesnt ask if you are happy. I don't know her name, I just know she is a light skinned African lady.
