MALICIOUS ACT COMMITTED

dis chem glen marais kempton park has committed a malicious act on a delivery of a product to me. This is ******** offense and will be treated as such with the obudsmen should this product not reach me by Monday latest.

Octavia and the branch manager at glen marais are the contacts a coverderm product was given to me in box stating color 9 with a color 4 product inside. This is not a mistake and is maliciously done!!! It's not acceptable. The branch manager had a store that has the product and i told him this is to get to me today or further action with obudsmen and ******** charge will be placed. i am now contacted and told by the branch manager the branch is not in his region. That is not acceptable and you should do what it takes to get that from that store given the act comitted here!!

Please note should this product not reach me by Monday end of business the obudsmen and ******** charge will be placed as this product was taken back to your store , i had to go all the way again and promised you would get the correct product today still!
