Making clients pay for ordering too much of wrong product

Thet think teir customers is stupid because they impoted Hymalayan Koflet Lozenges which is great, but their other Koflet-H fir sore throat does not sell. Now they do not get new batch of Lozenges, instead they pack their shelves full of Koflet-H to hope we will buy wrong product. Very bad of Dischem. They should cut their loss and nòt make their cluents pay for them ordering too much of bad product that is not selling.
