Lying to customers and not getting facts right

I laid a complaint about their irregular prices. Today a consultant called to address the issue. Dischem still continues to lie to paying customer. I've been buying same products from them for past 4/5 years and I know the prices of the products. Dischem didn't investigate but called to lie to me. I'm very much disappointed. They don't take their customers serious.
