Loyalty card points ******

Some one at Dischem deactivate my loyalty rewards card and proceeded to use all my points. After receiving an sms thanking me for redeeming my points I immediately called Dischem cause that was definitely not me they conformed that the card number I provided that shows that the card had been deactivate. Its been two weeks and no feedback from Dischem...such a disappointment
