Loyalty Card

<p>I've always been a Clicks girl but, discovered that I prefer the quality of service and prices at Dischem. There is always someone to assist you on the floor when you need help and I always get value for money with their specials and awesome deals. The problem I have is with my loyalty card. I can't claim my points and even though I have brought in my ID at the service help desk at a number of stores on a number of occasions, the problem still hasn't been fixed. This is disappointing, to say the least, and everyone including myself wants to save a coin here and there! The sooner this problem is fixed the better. N.B I got my Clicks card within two weeks and get rewards every three months. </p>
