Lousy service - DISCHEM COVID TESTING

I have had the worst service from DISCHEM (COVID TESTING). I was told my results would be ready in 3 days, on day 5 I am still waiting. I had to call in + hold for 15 munites (even though their system said I was number 3 on the queue) +only to be told that my results we ready (only heavens knows why they hadn't been released)...

I am truly disappointed at their quality of service
