Lost prescriptions and no responsibility taken

Dischem Blue Crane lost my perscriptions. On 13 January I submitted two 6-month repeat prescriptions for myself and my father respectively. I collected the last medication from the previous scripts and submitted the new ones. Yesterday I was informed that my prescriptions were not captured on the system. I tried calling the pharmacy, but no one in the dispensary answered the phone, nor did they call me back when leaving a message.

This exercise is going to cost me R300 to get new scripts. Highly upset with this conduct.
