Long waiting periods to get medicine

I honestly do realise that it is difficult to know when there will be a lot of people collecting scripts, but we waited an hour on 13 June to finally get our medicine. It is no fun if you are sick yourself and you try and keep two sick three year olds happy as well. PLEASE make a plan! It is winter and lots of people are sick and need medicine.
