Long Wait Time to connect to Dischem

Your waiting time for clinic bookings is like 10 mins each time i call. Not worth the wait. I know that its covid, however priority should be placed on this. Perhaps with all the profit you made with PRICE HIKES on masks and sanitisers etc, during covid , this could perhaps be used to employ more phone consultants.
