If Dis-Chem wants to remain competitive with other discount pharmacy retailers, they really need to reduce the waiting time for customers at the pharmacy dispensary. At both Northgate and Benmore outlets, you can wait up to 25-30 minutes. Not only are the queues long in peak periods, they are often long at any time of the day. <br> <br> This is particularly frustrating if you need a repeat script and you are therefore not able to go to clicks, link, pick n pay or checkers pharmacists.<br> <br>
