Long queue, few tellers

<p>So i'm at Dis-chem dispensary which has no fewer than 11 service windows. With so many windows, they have 5 people working (I.e. 5 service windows working) despite the long queue. We've been in this queue for over 40 minutes. It's ridiculous!</p>
