Long outstanding refund

I purchased 1 item and they swiped my card twice because their machines had issues so the cashier advised it will be refunded, this was in September i went to the store with my bankstaments, card no, id and the lady promised she is going to forward to HeadOffice and they will call me back.no call from them i even went again to the store they are giving me the run around with my money they took from me. I don't understand level of unprofessionalism. No one has called me to get more info or something it is Nov now,really disappointed with Dischem Greenvalley ?
