Little munchkin sippy cup 360 and bottle with spout

I bought a sippy cup, the 360° one. Worse choice ever. It leaks and when you speak to someone at Munchkin about it. It falls on deaf ears. Plus I bought two munchkin baby bottles with a spout on then, hence false advertising, bite proof. 2nd day and my son bit through the silicone spout. Once again nothing was done with the head quarters. Pay so much money for false advertising. They either send me new ones or reimburse me the money I have wasted and look for a better brand.
