Life treating blunder

Sunwandpark branch: In May 2024, I was told not to call nor to come to the shop for collection of my son's medication as they would SMS or call me when it was ready. Hours became days that became weeks, eventually months as I only went there myself last week to see what was happening (mind you my 3-year-old has now long recovered). When I got there, I found that the medication was not captured onto the system (only written manually on the book) hence no communication. I mean a big institution like that can make such a blunder, I was shocked and disappointed on them. What if this medication was key to my son's recovery? As if that was not all, after requesting a refund (which took almost an hour) I was told there is no cash I should come back some other time (red flag). I came back the following day, same excuse of no cash was given. I left and went for shopping at other shops for half an hour or so. When I got back still there was no cash ready for me until I demanded to see a manager then all of a sudden cash was given to me. The staff were dragging their feet and minding their own business instead of dealing swiftly with my matter.
