Lies and more lies

Between 15th and 17th August I visited cosmetic side of store in somerset mall. I ordered a maybelline superstay foundation shade and she told i will be contacted in a week. 2 weeks later, I visited again the other consultant assisted me and made a call in 1 other store and found what I was looking for then she put down the phone, didn't give any details about anything. She said I will be contacted in 1 week. Till this day I never received call from this store. I wish they can just give it to me straight and tell me that they are not going to be able to access it for me.
