On 21st May at roughly 11am, I rushed into Dischem as my little boy was vomiting. I left him in the car with my mom while I ran in to get medicine not realizing that you required your ID book to purchase over the counter medicine! I was assisted by an extremely rude colored lady behind the OTC counter. After explaining to please be quick my very sick one year old was in the car she contined to talk and stuff around! This went on for almost 30mins with this awful woman whom refused to give her name and was not wearing a badge! Is this how your staff are now allowed to treat your customers? Very low.<br> The next day I walked into the same Dischem to return 5 tins of formula that I didnt realize my mother had already purchased elsewhere, I was assisted by a lovely lady at customer service whom explained what to do, i did the rest of my shopping and headed to the till point where I asked for a cash refund as I had paid cash for the formula. The teller called a fat elderly African supervisor who was extremely rude, she told me \no I am not giving you cash"I said call the manager she said no"
