Online App is USELESS. Follow up service Non Existent. App says phone a particular number to query non receipt of order (did that) tells me to phone another number (so fast that I didn't have time to write it down and had to phone back to get the number). Phoned the 2nd number - was told I was number 4 in the queue and estimated waiting time was 4 minutes. 11 minutes and 43 seconds later I gave up. No means of making contact via the App or tracking my delivery which took 24 hours and 30 minutes since I received the notification that it was out for delivery.
