Lazy staff

Went to Northgate this am to buy over the counter medication. Stood in front of where I saw the medication & two staff members were further up doing absolutely nothing, 1 sitting & 1 standing & the 1 sitting told me to go to him. I was also the only customer. Why should I go to him & then have to go back when I was already in front of a 'cubicle' area. The 1 standing eventually came over to help. So they obviously thought they were doing me a favour by attending to me. They should be reminded that it's the customer that pays their salaries.
