Laughing in my face

Dischem Strubens Valley have fallen down in the way they handle disabled customers and issues. Since Neil Peverett moved from this branch, there is little to no focus on disabled customer needs or training staff as to use of the mobile offline machine.

Yesterday, a staff member laughed at me when I had to go further to a cashier, as the isles are not wide enough to fit 2 wheelchairs side by side, which was the case, and had to move to a further queue, with Tshepo laughing at my expense.

I don't appreciate this attitude or lack of consideration. He could have offered to assist me, but didn't, rather laughed at me struggling to the further isle.

Is this how Dischem treat disabled customers, since Neil left. Neil took disability needs seriously, and was a pleasure to shop in his store when he was in charge. Sadly, I don't want to go there again.
