Latest discovery

I have been a customer of Dis-Chem Clearwater ever since it opened as well as most of the stores where I shop.

As far as I know, Dis-Chem does not have accounts for clients and therefore only cash or credit cards is acceptable. I pay cash for all my prescriptions and yet Dis-Chem still submits their statement with the result that medical aids receives the statements from them and pays them again. I have laid out money and have only discovered it now after many years. I would then question, how many other customers have been caught in the same manner as I have. My medical aid has instructed me to take the matter up with Dis-Chem themselves for a reimbur*****t. I would think this is *****?
