late delivery

<p>I ordered items online from Dischem for collection in Sunninghill. I was told it would take 7 days for my order to be ready. waited patiently but didnt receive notification about my order. I call today only to be asked "oh didn't I send you a email to tell you we dont have stock?" really? What a pathetic answer. I gave 3 forms of contact, email work and mobile number and not once did someone contact me. I am going on holiday on Friday and want my stuff! </p>
