Lack of service and caring

No service at Dischem Pharmacy Sandton City - I have tried to contact them numerous times over the past 2 weeks to get CHRONIC medication sorted out. I sent an SMS- No response An email- No response Many calls - someone eventually answers and says they are putting me through to the dispensary and the process starts again. You cannot leave a message as their mail box is full. I asked the receptionist to get someone to call me - that also never happened. I went to my local Dischem and they said they cant help me, I must go to the Sandton branch where my sons script is.
