Lack of profesionalism at Dis-Chem Wonderboom Junction

Hi Once again I have had to be reminded of how poor service you can get from Dis-Chem Wonderboom Junction. I have 3 Clicks Pharmacy's close to me but I choose to use Dis-Chem. Although this is the first time I make it publicly clear, Clicks just got a new customer. This meaning the business I did at Dis-Chem Wonderboom Junction and other business like Edgars, PnP also comes to an end. I had the privileged to stand in a queue for almost an hour were there are no qualified personnel going around asking actually what you are coming to do, only to be told at the pharmacy that they do not work with printed prescriptions and that the doctor must email schedule 5 prescriptions straight to them and not to me. This I can deal with but at least phone me back or answer the email when I have a query. Am trying for more than 2 weeks to get an answer from them, as they do not respond to their email, phone call's and their sms reminder service is non existent. When I lost my temper and told her how bad and poor their service was, this very "friendly lady" and if I mean friendly I am highly over exaggerating pulled an attitude in saying that she can not be held responsible for the actions of others in the very same business that pays her salary. She and the lady next to her started laughing when I walked off. Guess what. I spend about 15k to 25k a year at Wonderboom Junction of which about half is at Dis-Chem itself. That will now be spend somewhere else.
